Please be advised that the17th meeting of the 7th Supervisory Committee of Dalian Refrigeration
Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was held at the meeting room on the 3rd floor
of the Company on August 24, 2018. All 3 supervisors attended the meeting. The meeting was
presided over by Mrs. Mao Chunhua, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. The following
resolutions were examined and adopted at the meeting:


I.       Review Opinion on the Company’s 2018 Semiannual Report;
      With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
II.      Review Opinion on written-off uncollectible receivables;
      With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
