     Today, the board of director received resignations from Vice-General manager Mr.Zhang Shiyin.

Because of job transfer, Mr.Zhang Shiyin resigned from Vice-General Manager. After resigned,

Mr.Zhang Shiyin will not work in the company.

    According to the regulation of the company's articles of association, resignation shall take effect

when delivered to the board of directors.The company will recruit and select new Vice-General

Manager inline with the legal procedures as soon as possible.

    Mr.Zhang Shiyin didn’t hold shares of WBC.
