     Wafangdian bearing co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") hold the 2018 annual

shareholders’ meeting expires on June 26, 2019. In line with the AOA, the proposal of election of the

board of directors, the board of supervisors shall be approved in this meeting. In view of the board of

directors of the company of the eighth director candidate nomination and eighth session of the board of

supervisors supervisors work is not done, in order to ensure the continuity and stability of the board of
