     Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd disclosed the Company's 2017 semi-annual report on

August 18, 2017 (that's published on Securities Times, Shanghai Securities News, Hong Kong

Commercial Daily and www.cninfo.com.cn). In order to better provide a convenience for investors

to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the company's business performance,

financial status, corporate governance and other related circumstances and in order to promote the

company's interaction with investors, the company decided to hold the "Business-performance

explanation meeting for the first half of 2017 via internet" through the means of remote network.
