    Announcement on the Voluntary Disclosure of Information on Signing an

     Annual Production of 1.5 Million Tons of Ethylene Steam Turbine Units

I. General

     The company recently signed an annual contract for producing 1.5 million tons of ethylene

steam turbine units with Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. The

project is located in Lingang Industrial Zone, Changxing Island, Dalian, and is currently the

largest single-line ethylene plant in China. Among them, the rated power of the company's

cracking gas turbine reaches close to 90,000 kW, which is currently the world's largest

industrial-driven turbine.

     The signing of the project contract has enabled the company to once again achieve major

breakthroughs in the development and manufacture of major power equipment in the domestic

petrochemical industry.
