II. Pre-audit of the estimated performance

The estimated performance of this period has not been audited nor reviewed by certified accountants.

III. Statement for Performance Variation

During this reporting period, to achieve the annual business goal, the Company conducts the business
steadily, puts more investment in R&D, teaching, marketing and OMO platforms, expands the market
proactively, and increases the market share gradually. Therefore, the Company's main business income
is expected to increase by over 70% on year-on-year basis. Meanwhile, the Company has experienced
its periodical losses due to the double factors: the rising costs from strategic investment and the income
shortage from multi-provinces joined examination which is held one month in advance in the first half
of the year. During the next stage, with the market pattern which has been laid in the past 6 months, the
Company will strive to create more values and interest for our shareholders by further exploiting its
market advantage.

Company. For the specific financial information, please refer to the Semi-annual Report 2021 to be
duly disclosed by the Company. Investors are reminded to exercise caution when making investment
