                          Of the 7th Supervisory Committee
Please be advised that the 10th meeting of the 7th Supervisory Committee of Dalian Refrigeration
Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was held at the meeting room on the 3rd floor
of the Company on April 21, 2017. All 3 supervisors attended the meeting. The meeting was
presided over by Mrs. Mao Chunhua, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. The following
resolutions were examined and adopted at the meeting:


I.        2016 Work Report of the Supervisory Committee;
       With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
II.       Review Opinion on the Company’s 2016 Annual Report and Quarterly Report for 1st
          Quarter of 2017;
       With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
III.      Comment on the 2016 self-evaluation report for internal control of the Company;
       With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
IV.       Comment on the 2016 social responsibility report of the Company;
       With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
V.        Report of delaying to reach the intended state of use about raised capital investment
          projects.
       With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
