Please be advised that the 15th meeting of the 7th Supervisory Committee of Dalian Refrigeration
Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was held at the meeting room on the 3rd floor
of the Company on April 20, 2018. All 3 supervisors attended the meeting. The meeting was
presided over by Mrs. Mao Chunhua, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. The following
resolutions were examined and adopted at the meeting:


I.        2017 Work Report of the Supervisory Committee;
       With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
II.       Review Opinion on the Company’s 2017 Annual Report and Quarterly Report for 1st
          Quarter of 2018;
       With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
III.      Comment on the 2017 self-evaluation report for internal control of the Company;
       With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
IV.       Comment on the 2017 social responsibility report of the Company;
       With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
