              Public Notice on Resolution of the 20th Meeting

                        of the 7th Supervisory Committee
Please be advised that the 20th meeting of the 7th Supervisory Committee of Dalian Refrigeration
Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was held at the meeting room on the 3th floor of
the Company on 27 December, 2018. All 3 supervisors attended the meeting. The meeting was
presided over by Mrs. Mao Chunhua, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. The following
resolution was examined and adopted at the meeting: Report on the supervisor candidates for the
8th board of shareholders represent supervisors of the Company.
List of the supervisor candidates for the 8th board of shareholders represent supervisors of the
Company: Zhao Huiming and Dai Yuling.
With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
The above proposal shall be submitted to the 1st Extraordinary Shareholders’ General Meeting of
2019 for review and approval. After the above two shareholders' representatives and supervisors
are approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ General Meeting, they will jointly form the 8th
board of supervisors of the Company together with Mr. Hu Xitang, the employee representatives
supervisor elected by the group leader meeting of the Company's employee representatives. The
term of 8th board of supervisors of the Company shall be three years, counting from the date of
approval by the shareholders' general meeting.

1. Zhao Huiming, male, born in 1973, graduated from Jilin university of technology, now acting as
the Director of operation and management department of Dalian Bingshan Group Co., LTD.
Holding 190,447 a-shares of the Company and without penalty from CSRC and other relevant
department and punished by Stock Exchange, not be the dishonest executor.
2. Dai Yuling , female, born in 1978, graduated from Dongbei university of finance and economics
accountant，now acting as the director of financial management department of Dalian Bingshan
Group Co., LTD.. She does not hold the shares of the Company and without penalty from CSRC
and other relevant department and punished by Stock Exchange, not be the dishonest executor.
3. Hu Xitang, male, born in 1968, graduated from Nanjing university of science and technology,
senior engineer, now acting as the chairman of the labor union of the Company. He does not hold
the shares of the Company and without penalty from CSRC and other relevant department and
punished by Stock Exchange, not be the dishonest executor.
