Please be advised that the 8th meeting of the 8th Supervisory Committee of Bingshan
Refrigeration& Heat Transfer Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was
held at the meeting room on the 3rd floor of the Company on April 22, 2021. All 3 supervisors
attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Hu Xitang, the Chairman of the
Supervisory Committee. The following resolutions were examined and adopted at the meeting:
     I. 2020 Work Report of the Supervisory Committee;

    II. Review Opinion on the Company’s 2020 Annual Report and Quarterly Report for 1st
Quarter of 2021;
