Please be advised that the 1st meeting of the 9th Supervisory Committee of Bingshan Refrigeration &
Heat Transfer Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was held on January 12,
2022 in the conference room on 3/F of the Company. All of the three supervisors attended the meeting,
meeting the quorum as regulated in the Company Law and Articles of Association of the Company. Mr.
Hu Xitang was elected as Chairman of the 9th Supervisory Committee.
