Please be advised that the 6th meeting of the 9th Supervisory Committee of Bingshan
Refrigeration& Heat Transfer Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was
held at the meeting room on the 3rd floor of the Company on April 25, 2023. All 3 supervisors
attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Hu Xitang, the Chairman of the
Supervisory Committee. The following resolutions were examined and adopted at the meeting:
    I. 2022 Work Report of the Supervisory Committee;

    II. Review Opinion on the Company’s 2022 Annual Report and Quarterly Report for 1st
Quarter of 2023;
