Net profit attributable to the listed company’s shareholders for Q1-Q3 2023 decreased 129.12% as compared to the same period of last year, primarily driven by the transfer of 100% of Shenzhen Property Management Co., Ltd. in the same period of last year and the decreased property sales revenue in the current period. Net cash used in operating activities decreased 89.63% during Q1-Q3 2023 as compared to the same period of last year, primarily driven by the payment of land value added tax in the same period of last year as well as the gradual inflow of pre-sale revenue of the Guangmingli project and the decreased investment in the Linxinyuan project in Huizhou City in the current period.
