Notice on the Free Transfer of state-owned Equity of Dalian Equipment Investment Group Co., LTD
and other 4 companies to Dalian State-owned Capital Management and Operation Co., LTD.
(Dawei Asset Rights [2022] No. 74), Dalian municipal sasac has reduced its holdings of wazhou
group, the parent company of dalian equipment investment group co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to
as "dalian equipment investment") 100% equity transfer free of charge to state-owned capital
management operation in dalian co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "dalian trucking company"),
dalian equipment investment in the recently completed the equity transfer of industry and
commerce registration of change work free of charge, The shareholder of Dalian equipment
investment is changed to Dalian National Transportation Company by dalian State-owned Assets
supervision and Administration Commission.

After the above changes, the controlling shareholder of the company is still Wazhou Group. As
Dalian State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) holds 100%
equity of Dalian National Transportation Company, the actual controller is Still Dalian Sasac.
