    In the past few days, the Board of Supervisor received a resign report from staff supervisor Mr.Zhang
Fuxiang. He mentioned that because of work alteration, he quieted his job as staff supervisor.The Board of
Supervisor thank his contribution during he work period, and he will not work for WBC.
    To guarantee the Board of Supervisor can operate normally, the company hold Joint meeting of workers'
representatives according to the “Company Law”and “AOA”at September 28,2022,and elected Mr.Lu Ning as
the staff supervisor(the resume in attachment ) of the 9th Board of Supervisor, and he will end his job when the
Board of Supervisor is expired.

     Lu Ning, male, born in June 1985, Han nationality, started to work in July 2009, college degree, assistant
engineer, graduated from Liaoning Technical University, majoring in engineering mechanics, the current
position is deputy general manager of logistics company.

     Mr. Lu Ning did not hold the company shares; He is not the affiliated person with the Shareholders of the
company holding more than 5% of the shares, the actual controller, the company's other directors, supervisors
and senior management. As yet he was untouched by the China securities regulatory commission and other
relevant departments was disciplined by stock exchange; Comply with the required qualifications of “company
law” and other relevant laws, regulations and rules, and has the qualifications.
     Mr. Lu Ning is not dishonest debtor is not the main responsibility for breach of trust.
