                          Announcement of Staff Supervisor Alteration

      The Company, all the members of the Board of Supervisor hereby guarantee the truth, accuracy and
completeness of the information disclosure, no any false records, misleading statements and major missing
contents.


     The Board of Supervisors of Wafangdian Bearing Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company")
received the written resignation report submitted by Ms. Wang Lin, Supervisor, on April 10, 2023. Due to job
changes, Ms. Wang Lin applies to resign as the 9th supervisor of the company. After her resignation, Ms.
Wang Lin will no longer hold any position in the company and its subsidiaries.
        According to the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Listing Rules of the Shenzhen
Stock Exchange, the Guidelines on Self-Regulation and Supervision of Listed Companies of the Shenzhen
Stock Exchange No. 1 -- Standardized Operation of Listed Companies on the Main Board, the Articles of
Association and other relevant provisions, Ms. Wang Lin's resignation will not cause the number of members
of the Board of Supervisors of the Company to be lower than the legal minimum, and will not affect the normal
operation of the Board of Supervisors of the Company. The resignation report shall become effective as of the
date of delivery to the Board of Supervisors of the Company. The company will complete the by -election of
supervisors in accordance with relevant regulations as soon as possible.
     As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Wang Lin does not hold shares of the company, and
there is no commitment that should be performed but has not been performed.
     During the period of serving as the company's supervisor, Ms. Wang Lin was diligent and responsible,
and played a positive role in the standardized operation, scientific decision-making and healthy development
of the company. The company would like to express our sincere thanks to Ms. Wang Lin for her contribution to
the company during her tenure.
