                                     選擇公司通訊之收取方式及語言版本

根據香港合交所有限公司證券上市規則（「上市規則」），康龍化成（北京）新藥技術股份有限公司
（「本公司」）特此致函 閣下就本公司日後刊發之公司通訊（「公司通訊」）之收取方式及語言版本作
出選擇。公司通訊指根據上市規則第1.01條定義所載，本公司將予刊發以供 閣下參照或採取行動的任何文
件，包括但限於 (a) 報告；(b) 中期報告；(c) 會議通告；(d) 上市文件；(e) 通函；及 (f) 代表委任表格。

閣下可選擇以下其中一種方式：

(1)   閱覽所有日後在本公司網站 www.pharmaron.com 登載的公司通訊（「網上版本」），以代替收取印刷本，
      並收取公司通訊已在本公司網站登載的通知（「通知」）；或
(2)   僅收取所有日後公司通訊的英文印刷本；或
(3)   僅收取所有日後公司通訊的中文印刷本；或
(4)   同時收取所有日後公司通訊的中、英文印刷本。

為響應環保及節省印刷與郵遞費用，本公司鼓勵           閣下選擇收取網上版本。

在行使上述選擇權時，請 閣下於回條上適當空格內劃上「X」號，簽署後使用回條下方的已預付郵費郵寄
標籤#寄回本公司H股證券登記處（「證券登記處」），香港中央證券登記有限公司，地址為香港灣仔皇后
大道東183號合和中心17M。

倘本公司於2022年8月26日或之前仍未收到 閣下塡妥及簽署的回條或回覆，                     閣下將被視為已同意收取
網上版本，以代替收取所有日後公司通訊的印刷本。

閣 下 可 隨 時 透 過 證 券 登 記 處 預 先 給 予 本 公 司 合  時 間 的 書 面 通 知 或 電 郵 至
pharmaron.ecom@computershare.com.hk，以改已選擇之公司通訊之收取方式及語言版本。 如 閣下在收

費寄發公司通訊的印刷本。
