Hu Kaiwei, male, born in May 1981, Han nationality, bachelor degree, graduated from Lanzhou Jiaotong
University in July 2004, majoring in mechanical design, Manufacturing and automation, started to work in
July 2004, and joined the Communist Party of China in June 2003. He has worked in Dalian Locomotive
Depot of Shenyang Railway Bureau, General Electric Transportation Systems (China) Co., LTD., SKF
(China) Sales Co., LTD., and Beijing Shenzhou High-speed Rail Investment Management Co., LTD. He is
currently the general manager of the company's rail transit bearing Division.

Mr. Hu Kaiwei has rich experience in manufacturing enterprise management, engaged in factory operation,
research and development, sales and other management work, and has strong leadership and
management ability. Familiar with mechanical products, electrical and electronic, software platform and
other principles and applications, have a strong comprehensive technical background, good at creating
technical teams. With the bearing industry talent training experience, has trained a number of fully
equipped with high-speed rail, subway bearing R & D and design capabilities of personnel, greatly improve
the domestic bearing design capabilities in related fields. Have certain industry contacts, good
communication and coordination, strong business negotiation ability and problem solving ability.
