        Mr.Liu Jun resign from Chairman and director and other position

   The Company, all the members of the Board of Supervisor hereby guarantee the truth, accuracy and
completeness of the information disclosure, no any false records, misleading statements and major missing
contents.


     The Board of directors of Wafangdian Bearing Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the

"Company") today received a written resignation report from its chairman and director, Mr. Liu Jun,

who applied to resign from his position as chairman and director of the Company due to work reasons,

and resigned from the Chairman of the Strategic Development Committee, the compensation and

Assessment Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Company's Board of directors. After

resigning from the above positions, Mr. Liu Jun will no longer hold any position in the Joint Stock

Company and its subsidiaries.

     As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Liu Jun does not hold shares of the Company.

According to the provisions of the Company Law, the Articles of Association and relevant laws and

regulations, Mr. Liu Jun's resignation has not caused the number of members of the Board of Directors

of the Company to fall below the legal minimum number and will not affect the normal operation of the

Board of Directors. The resignation report of Mr. Liu Jun shall take effect as of the date of submission
to the Board of directors. The Company will go through the legal procedures as soon as possible to

elect a new chairman, directors and members of relevant committees.

    The board of directors of the Company expressed its heartfelt thanks to Mr. Liu Jun for his work

done for the company during his tenure as chairman and director of the company.
