            Announcement on the Resignation of the Deputy General Manager

      The Company, all the members of the Board of Supervisor hereby guarantee the truth, accuracy and
completeness of the information disclosure, no any false records, misleading statements and major missing
contents.


      The Board of Directors of Wafangdian Bearing Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company")
today received a written resignation report from Mr. Hu Kaiwei, Deputy General manager of the Company, who
applied to resign his position as Deputy General manager of the company due to personal reasons. He will no
longer hold any other position in the company after his resignation.
      In accordance with relevant provisions of the Company Law, Securities Law, Shenzhen Stock Exchange
Listing Rules and other laws and regulations, normative documents and articles of Association, the resignation
report submitted by Mr. Hu Kaiwei shall become effective on the date of delivery to the Board of directors of
the Company.
      As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Hu Kaiwei does not hold shares of the Company.
There is no commitment that should be fulfilled but not fulfilled, and his resignation will not affect the normal
development of relevant work of the company.
      Mr. Hu Kaiwei was diligent and responsible during his tenure in the company. The company and the
Board of directors of the company would like to thank Mr. Hu Kaiwei for his work during his tenure.
