             Wafangdian Bearing Company Limited Announcement of
              Resignation of Director and Deputy General Manager

   The Company, all the members of the Board of Director hereby guarantee the truth, accuracy and
completeness of the information disclosure, no any false records, misleading statements and major missing
contents.


     The Board of Directors of Wafangdian Bearing Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the
"Company") received a written resignation report from Mr. Tan Jianguang, a director and Deputy
general manager of the Company on January 15, 2025, who has resigned as a director, Deputy
general manager and member of the Strategic Development Committee of the Board of Directors due
to his reaching the statutory retirement age. With the resignation of the above positions, Mr. Tan Jian
guang will no longer hold any position in the Company and its subsidiaries.
     According to the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Listing Rules of the
Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies of the Shenzhen
Stock Exchange No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Listed Companies on the Main Board and the
Articles of Association, the resignation of Mr. Tan Jianguang has not caused the number of members
of the Board of Directors of the Company to fall below the legal minimum number. It will not affect the
normal operation of the Board. The resignation report of Mr. Tan Jianguang shall be effective as of the
date of submission to the Board of Directors. The company will complete the by-election of directors as
soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations.
     As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Tan Jianguang does not hold shares of the
Company, and there is no commitment that should be fulfilled but has not been fulfilled. During his
tenure as a director of the company, Mr. Tan Jianguang was diligent and responsible, and played an
active role in the standardized operation and healthy development of the company. The Board would
like to express its sincere thanks to Mr. Tan Jianguang for his contributions during his tenure.
