           the Resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors

   The Company and all members of the Board of Supervisors guarantee that the information disclosed is
true, accurate and complete, without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.


     The Supervisory Board of Wafangdian Bearing Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the
"Company") received a written resignation report from Mr. Sun Shicheng on January 15, 2025,
Chairman of the Supervisory Board, who resigned from his position as Chairman of the Supervisory
Board of the Company due to reaching the statutory retirement age. After resigning from the above
positions, Mr. Sun Shicheng will no longer hold any position in the Company and its subsidiaries.
     In accordance with relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China,
the Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed
Companies of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Listed Companies on
the Main Board and the Articles of Association, Mr. Sun Shicheng's resignation will not cause the
number of members of the Board of Supervisors of the Company to fall below the legal minimum and
will not affect the normal operation of the Board of Supervisors of the Company. The resignation report
shall take effect as of the date of delivery to the Board of Supervisors of the Company. The company
will complete the by-election of supervisors and the election of the chairman of the Board of
Supervisors as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations.
     As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Sun Shicheng does not hold shares of the
Company, and there is no commitment that should be fulfilled but has not been fulfilled. Mr. Sun
Shicheng served as the chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the company diligent and responsible,
for the company's standardized operation, scientific decision-making, healthy development has played
an active role. The company would like to express its sincere thanks to Mr. Sun Shicheng for his
contribution to the company during his tenure.
