     The 5th term of Supervisory Committee will soon finish its 3-year job term.
According to the Company Law, the Articles of Association, and the Supervisory
Committee Criteria, the Company called the employees’ congress meeting on March 2,
2011 to elect for the new employee supervisor. All of the 56 employee delegates
presented the meeting and elected Ms. Zheng Hua the employee supervisor with 56
votes in favor, 0 objection and 0 waive vote.

      Ms. Zheng Hua, 52 of age, bachelor’s degree. Once she was the chief of
Administration Dept., chief of HRM Dept. of the Company. At present she’s the
supervisor, Chairwoman of Trade Union, and chief of Presidents’ Office. She has
related relationship to the Company, but hold no shares of the Company. She’s not
involving in any situation that restricted by the Company Law or other regulations
from being the supervisor of an public listed company.
