The members of the Board and the Company acknowledge being responsible for the

misleading statement or significant omission carried in this announcement.
I. Entering of contracts and winning of bidding competitions recently
Shenzhen Fangda Decoration Co., Ltd. – one of the fully-owned subsidiaries of the
Company, has recently won in the bidding competitions for curtain wall projects of
Kunshan Shimao International Town, Qingdao Haier Property Group Executive
Building, Changsha Kaifu Wanda Plaza, and Beijing Mudanyuan Apartment Block 2
respectively; and entered the curtain wall contracts of Beijing Mentougou New Town
Fengcun (Phase I), and Heibei Langhefang Finance Street Finance Center. All of
above totaled to RMB172,637,066.68.
II. Influence of the project on the Company
1. The total of amounts of above count 14.86% of the annual turnover of 2010. They
will make significant contribution to the growth of profit in 2011 and on. However the
actual influences of these projects on the performance of 2011 and following years are
depending on the practical situation of payment in advance, project implementation,
project reception, and settlement processes.
2. There are no associated relationships between the Company and the above
employers.
3. The above projects make no influences on the independency of the Company’s
business operation, and will not make the Company dependent on these projects.
III. Risks of the project
Both of the parties are capable to implement the project. Unpredictable or force
majeure factors in the process of the project may make influence though.
