individually and jointly, for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the
announcement. There isn’t any false record, misleading statement or significant
omission carried in this announcement.


  The Company is planning for a private issuing of shares. To avoid extraordinary fluctuation of
  the Company’s stock price and to protect the shareholders’ benefits, according to the provisions
  of Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules, the Company applied and was approved to
  suspend the stock transaction since October 27, 2011. It will be restored as soon as related
  affairs were determined and disclosed.
