The members of the Board and the Company acknowledge being responsible for the
truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the announcement. Not any false record,
misleading statement or significant omission carried in this announcement.
I. Recent winning of bidding competition and entering of contracts
Shenzhen Fangda Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. – one of the fully-owned subsidiaries of the
Company, has recently won in the bidding competitions for the curtain wall projects of Wuhan
Central Culture Zone Office Building, Nanchang Ligao Riverside International Block 1, Shenzhen
Digital Music Building, Anhui Guozi Building, and has entered the contract for the curtain wall
project of Shenzhen Satellite Building. Fangda New Material (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. – another
fully-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered the aluminum board supplying contract with
Guangdong Saifei Science and Technologies Zone. The aforesaid projects and contracts are totaled
to RMB153,072,837.43.
II. Influence of the project on the Company
1. The above amount of projects and contracts account for 13.17% of the Company’s turnover of
2010. They will contribute to the profit growth of the Company in 2011 and successive years.
However the practical payment conditions, work progress, testing and acceptance, and payment
clearance will influence the actual results of business performance of 2011 and successive years at
a certain level.
2. There are no associated relationships between the Company and the above employers.
3. The above projects make no influences on the independency of the Company’s business
operation, and will not make the Company dependent on these projects.
III. Risks of the project
Both of the parties are capable to implement the project. Unpredictable or force majeure factors in
the process of the project may make influence though.
