              Announcement on Increasing of Shareholding
The members of the Board and the Company acknowledge being responsible for the
truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the announcement. Not any false record,
misleading statement or significant omission carried in this announcement.



It was on the 5th day of March 2012, the Company was informed by Shengjiu
Investment Co., Ltd. (Shengjiu Co.), which is held by Mr. Xiong Jianming, who is the
substantial holder of the Company, that Shengjiu Co. has increased its stock of B
shares of the Company through Shenzhen Stock Exchange during the period from
March 2, 2012 to March 5, 2012. The details are:
1. Name of the holder: Shengjiu Investment Co., Ltd.
2. Objectives to increase shares: basing on the confidence on the steady growth of the
Company.
3. Way to increase shares: bidding on the trading system of Shenzhen Stock
Exchange.
4. Amount and portion of shares increased: Shengjiu Co. has increased its shares in
the Company by 1,286,000 shares during the period from March 2, 2012 to March 5,
2012, which accounts for 0.17% of the Company's total capital shares. Prior to that,
Shenjiu Co. was holding 12, 447, 120 (all B shares) shares of the Company,
accounted for 1.64% of the total capital shares of the Company. After this increasing
of shares, Shengjiu Co. is about to hold 13, 733,120 shares of the Company account
for 1.81% of the total capital shares of the Company.
5. This increasing of shareholding is complying with the Securities Law and related
laws, regulations, department rules and the Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
6. The Company is not informed about whether Shengjiu Co. will hold the
Company’s shares consistently in the future.
