I. Recent winning of bidding competition and entering of contracts
Shenzhen Fangda Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. – one of the fully-owned subsidiaries, has
won in several bidding competitions including Jiangsu Xihua Daily News Center, Beijing Target
and Environment Character Lab 76, Shanghai Jiading Workers Culture Center, Chongqing
Wanzhou Wanda Plaza, Chengdu Jinniu Wanda Plaza, Fuzhou Wusibei Taihe Plaza, Fujian
Zhangzhou Rongxin Hotel, Shandong Weifang and Sunny 100 City Plaza. Fangd New Materials
(Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. – one of the fully-owned subsidiaries has entered the contract with Shenzhen
Software Industrial Base for supplying of aluminum plates. These contracts are totalled to
RMB346,321,199.28.
II. Influence of the project on the Company
1. The above contract amount is accounting for 25.68% of the turnover of 2011. Implementing of
these projects will contribute to the growth of the Company in 2012 and following years. However
the facts including prepayment, engineering progress, receptance, and settlements are decided by
the actual situation of the both party, therefore their influences on the business performance of
2012 and following periods are dependent.
2. There are no associated relationships between the Company and the above employers.
3. The above projects make no influences on the independency of the Company’s business
operation, and will not make the Company dependent on these projects.
III. Risks of the project
Both of the parties are capable to implement the project. Unpredictable or force majeure factors in
the process of the project may make influence though.
