    Announcement on the Latest Progress of the Fangda Town
                     Renovation Project

     The members of the Board and the Company guarantee that the announcement is free

     On April 10, 2012, the Announcement on the Shenzhen Urban Construction Plan (First Part)
for 2012 was released on the website of the Shenzhen Urban Planning Land and Resource
Commission (www.szpl.gov.cn). The Company’s Fangda renovation project is listed on the plan
and has been approved by the municipal government. The Company has made an announcement
on the project on April 11, 2012.
     Currently, the Fangda Town Renovation Project Plan (Draft) has been reviewed by the
Shenzhen Urban Planning Land and Resource Commission at the 2013 10th technical meeting and
will be released on June 25, 2013. Details about the plan can be inquired on the website of the
Second Administrative Bureau of the commission http://zse.szpl.gov.cn/ and the Announcement
on the Nanshan Taoyuan Fangda Town Renovation Plan (Draft) released on Shenzhen Economic
Daily.
     1. About the project
     The project is located in the Taoyuan sub-district of Nanshan, to the north of the OCT and
Guangzhou-Shenzhen highway, south of the North Ring Avenue, east of the Hi-Tech Industry
Zone and west of the Longzhu Si Road. The demolition and relocation area, development and
construction area and the area counted for plot ratio is 44,004.5 m2, 35,397.9 m2 and 212,400m2
respectively, including R&D buildings of 187,680 m2 (including innovative business buildings of
9400 m2), auxiliary facilities of 20,000 m2 and public utilities of 4,720 m2.

     The Nanshan Taoyuan Fangda Town Renovation Plan (Draft) is currently in the stage of
public review. The plan will be implemented after being approved by the municipal government,
including various taxes. The plan provided for public review is not the approved final version and
may contain uncertainties. Investor should pay attention the risks. The Company will disclose the
latest information about the project in compliance with related regulations.
