On the Progress of the Fangda Town Renovation Project

According to the Public Notice about Nanshan Taoyuan Fangda Town Renovation Plan
(Draft) issued by the 2nd Administration Bureau directly under the Shenzhen Planning and Land
and Resource Committee on its website http://zse.szpl.gov.cn/ and by Shenzhen Economic Daily,
the Company’s Shenzhen Fangda Town Renovation Unit Plan (Draft) has been reviewed and
approved by the Shenzhen Planning and Land and Resource Committee for public notice. For
details, please see China Fangda Group Co., Ltd. Announcement on the Latest Progress of the
Fangda Town Renovation Project (2013-15) issued by the Company on June 25, 2013.
The Company received the Reply on Review of the Nanshan Taoyuan Fangda Town
Renovation Plan from the Shenzhen Planning and Land and Resource Committee. The Nanshan
Taoyuan Fangda Town Renovation Plan (the "Renovation Plan") submitted by the Company has
been reviewed and approved by the Building and Environmental Art Committee of the Shenzhen
Urban Planning Committee.
1. The functions and renovation target of the Renovation Plan have been approved: Build an
industry complex aiming to become a high-tech industry and emerging industry R&D hub and
provide R&D and accessory business service facilities.
2. Main economic and technical indicators have been approved: The demolition area is
44,004.5 m2, including a development construction area of 35,397.9 m2. The building area that is
involved in calculating the plot ratio is 212,400 m2, including a R&D building area of 187,680 m2
(including emerging industry buildings of 9400 m2), accessory buildings of 20,000 m2 (small
business service facilities) and public utilities of 4,720 m2 and an underground public recharging
station that covers 700 m2.
The detail renovation plan needs to be approved by relevant administrations of the Shenzhen
government. The impact of the event on the Company is uncertain. Investors should pay attention
to risks.
