     The term of the 6th Supervisory Committee of the Company is about to expire.

According to the Company Laws, Articles of Association of the Company and

Supervisory Committee Meeting Criteria, the Company has held the general staff

meeting at the conference room on 20F, Fangda Building on March 7, 2014 to elect

the staff representative supervisor. Totally 64 out of 64 employees were present at the

meeting. Mr. Yin Changjian was elected the staff representative supervisor of the 7th

Supervisory Committee with 64 votes for, 0 against and 0 waive.

     Attachment: Resume of the staff representative supervisor

     Yin Changjian, male, 46, bachelor's degree, is a CPA. He was once the deputy
general manager of the Beijing Branch of Shenzhen Fangda Decoration Engineering

Co., Ltd., and is now the vice head of the auditing supervisory department of the

Company. He is not an affiliate of the Company, but holds no stock of the Company

and is an eligible supervisor in accordance with the Company Law and other relevant

laws and regulations.
