     For the development of the Company, On March 12, 2014, Market

Supervision Administration Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality approved

and issued the new business license to Shenzhen Fangda Decoration

Engineering Co., Ltd., a fully-owned subsidiary of China Fangda Group

Co., Ltd., which was renamed into Shenzhen Fangda Jianke Group Co.,

Ltd. The main business of the company has remained unchanged.
