     Recently, the Company received the notice from Market Supervision
Administration Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality on granting the China
Renowned Trademark to FANGDA in accordance with the Reply to the
Application for Granting China Renowned Trademark to FANGDA from
Trademark Office of The State Administration for Industry & Commerce
of The People's Republic of China (Trademark Doc. [2013] No.127).
     Receiving the China Renowned Trademark will help protect the
Company’s intellectual property rights, improve the popularity and
awareness of the Company’s products, and boost the Company’s
competitiveness.
