 Announcement on the Completion of the Company’s
                 Name Change

 The Company and all members of its Board of Directors confirm that all the
 information disclosed herein is true, accurate, and complete with no false or
 misleading statement or material omission.



1. Overview of the Change of the Company’s Name

The 9th meeting of the 8th session of the Board of Directors on December 10, 2018 and
the 3rd interim shareholders meeting in 2018 on December 26, 2018 of ADAMA Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) approved the change of the Company’s
name from Hubei Sanonda Co., Ltd. to ADAMA Ltd.

Please refer to the announcements (2018-51 and 2018-56) published on the website
www.cninfo.com.cn on December 11 and December 27, 2018 for details.

The Company received a new business license from the Administration of Industry and
Commerce Bureau of Hubei province on December 28, 2018, and formally changed its
name from Hubei Sanonda Co., Ltd. to ADAMA Ltd.

Other than the change of the Company’s name, no changes were made to the business
license.

2.   Reason for the Change of the Company’s Name

The change of the Company’s name is the final milestone in the combination of the two
companies, and demonstrates their coming together under ADAMA as a single global
brand, reflecting the company’s farmer-centric focus and its commitment to advancing
agriculture in markets around the world.

3.   Other Matters

The Company will make an application to Shenzhen Stock Exchange to change its
stock abbreviations, and shall announce the change of stock abbreviations once
effected.
