Announcement on the Change of Stock Abbreviations

  The Company and all members of its Board of Directors confirm that all the
  information disclosed herein is true, accurate, and complete with no false or
  misleading statement or material omission.




Please be aware:

1. The Company’s new stock abbreviations are: ADAMA A, ADAMA B.

2. The new stock abbreviations will replace the old ones from January 10th, 2019.

3. The Company’s stock codes will remain the same: 000553 and 200553.

I．    Overview of the Change of the Company’s Stock Abbreviations

The 9th meeting of the 8th session of the Board of Directors on December 10, 2018 and
the 3rd interim shareholders meeting in 2018 on December 26, 2018 of ADAMA Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) approved the change of the Company’s
name from Hubei Sanonda Co., Ltd. to ADAMA Ltd., as well as the changes of the
Company’s stock abbreviations from Sanonda A, Sanonda B to ADAMA A, ADAMA
B.


The Company received a new business license from the Administration of Industry and
Commerce Bureau of Hubei province on December 28, 2018, and formally changed its
name from Hubei Sanonda Co., Ltd. to ADAMA Ltd.


II.    Reason for the Change of the Company’s Stock Abbreviations

The change of the Company’s name and stock abbreviations is the final milestone in the
combination between the Company and Adama Agricultural Solutions Ltd., and
demonstrates their coming together under ADAMA as a single global brand, reflecting
the Company’s farmer-centric focus and its commitment to advancing agriculture in
markets around the world.


III.   Other Matters

Shenzhen Stock Exchange has approved the use by the Company of the new stock
abbreviations starting from January 10th, 2019.
