     Announcement on 2022 Half-Year Performance

 The Company and all members of the Company’s Board of Directors confirm that

I. General Information and Meeting Time

    ADAMA Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) plans to announce 2022
 Half-Year Report on August 30th, 2022 (Tuesday) on the website of Shenzhen Stock
 Exchange (www.szse.cn) and designated media channels.

    To enable investors better understand the Company’s business update for the 2nd
 quarter and the first half of 2022, the Company plans to organize 2022 Half-Year
 Performance Online Roadshow at 15:30-17:00 on August 31st, 2022 (Wednesday).



II. Meeting Language

    The online roadshow will be conducted in English with simultaneous translation
into Chinese. Investors could select Chinese or English channels according to their
needs.



III. Company Participants

    Mr. Ignacio Dominguez, President and CEO of the Company, Mr. Shahar Florentz,
the CFO, Ms. Efrat Nagar, VP Finance, Mr. Guo Zhi, Board Secretary and Ms. Rivka
Neufeld, Global Head of Investor Relation will attend the meeting.
