     the information disclosure media. As the service agreement signed by the Company and

     Ta Kung Pao has expired, the Company's information disclosure media is now changed

     to Securities Times, China Securities and Cninfo (www.cninfo.com.cn).

     announcements published on aforementioned updated newspapers and website.
