       雅本化学股份有限公司 与跨国公司富美 实（FMC ARGO SINGAPORE
PTE.LTD.）签订产品长期定制生产服务协议。富美实于 2017 年 11 月 1 日兼并原
杜邦农化的大部分业务，为全球第五大农化公司。本协议分为三期，三年一期，
第一期协议时间为 2019 年 1 月 1 日至 2021 年 12 月 31 日，每一期完成阶段性成
果和达成双方认可的目标后将自动续展下一期。第一期协议金额约为人民币 35
亿以上。协议期内雅本化学将为富美实提供其专利产品高级中间体的生产定制，
双方将共同致力于工厂的产能利用扩大，工艺改进和技术革新。本次协议的签订
进一步加深雅本化学与富美实的战略合作关系，利于雅本化学业务的稳定长期发
展。

    It is announced that ABA has signed a long-term production services
agreement with multinational company FMC Corporation for a CMO product.
On November 1, 2017, FMC acquired most of DuPont’s agrochemical
business and became the fifth largest agrochemical company in the world.
This agreement is divided into three phases, and each phase consists of three
years. The first phase of the agreement will be from January 1, 2019 to
December 31, 2021. The agreement provides for automatic renewal from one
phase to the next, assuming certain milestones and agreed goals have been
achieved. ABA estimates that potential revenue during the first phase of the
agreement would be approximately RMB 3.5 billion. The two parties will also
cooperate to explore capacity expansion, process optimization and technology
innovation. The signing of this agreement further strengthens the strategic
collaboration between ABA and FMC, and is an important milestone to ABA for
a long-term and sustainable development.
