Please be advised that the 10th meeting of the 9th Supervisory Committee of Bingshan
Refrigeration& Heat Transfer Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was
held at the meeting room on the 3rd floor of the Company on August 14, 2024. All 3 supervisors
attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Hu Xitang, the Chairman of the
Supervisory Committee.
The following resolutions were examined and adopted at the meeting:
    I. Review Opinion on the Company’s Semi-annual report for the year 2024;
    With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
    II. Comment on withdrawing provisions for devaluation of assets.
    With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
