     GOVERNANCE                                       The Company, in strict accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Securities Law of the People's

                                                      and working procedures to provide institutional guarantee for the standardized operation of the corporate governance structure.

                                                      In addition, the Board of Directors of the Company has set up four special committees: the Strategy Committee, the Nomination
                                                      Committee, the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, and the Audit Committee, and formulated corresponding working
                                                      rules, which effectively ensured the standardized operation and sustainable development of the Company and formed a relatively
