     in the field of clean energy equipment supply and services. The Company was officially listed and traded
     on STAR Market of Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 22, 2022 (stock name: SANY Renewable Energy;
     stock code: 688349). SANY Renewable Energy is among the Global Top 500 New Energy Companies and
