Yau Lung Ho is the founder of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Ltd., which was founded in 2004. He is currently the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Ltd. Mr. Ho is also the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & MD of Melco International Development Ltd., a position he has held since 2006. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Melco Resorts Finance Ltd. Mr. Ho is the Chairman of Maple Peak Investments, Inc., the Vice Chairman of The All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce, and the Chairman of Macau International Volunteers Association. He is also the Chairman of Studio City International Holdings Ltd. Mr. Ho is a Director of Lasting Legend Ltd. and Better Joy Overseas Ltd. He is a Director of Melco Leisure & Entertainment Group Ltd. since 2019. Mr. Ho is an Executive Director of The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce and the Macau Chamber of Commerce. He is a Director of Quick Glitter Ltd. and a Member of the Science & Technology Council of the Special Administrative Region of Macau. Mr. Ho is a Member of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, the All-China Youth Federation, and the Macau Basic Law Promotion Association. He is the Principal of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce In Macau and a Member-Asia of The International Leadership Council. Mr. Ho's former positions include Chairman of Mountain China Resorts (Holding) Ltd. in 2010, Chairman of Value Convergence Holdings Ltd. in 2009, Chairman of The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Cos., and Chairman of Summit Ascent Holdings Ltd. from 2013 to 2017.
