On 29 September 2016, Shenzhen Investment Holding confirmed the foresaid planned significant events constituted the reorganization of the significant assets and the stocks of the Company transferred into the significant assets reorganization process for continued delisting since the open of the market on 30 September 2016. On 10 October 2016, the Company disclosed the announcement on the Cooperation Agreement about the Reorganization and Listing (No. 2016-027) .
