    Public Notice on Resolutions Made at 1st Meeting of 6th

    Supervisory Committee in 2010

    China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as

    the Company) and all members of its Supervisory Committee hereby ensure that this

    public notice is factual, accurate and complete, and that it contains no false

    information, misleading statements or material omissions.

    The 1st Meeting of the 6th Supervisory Committee of the Company in 2010 was

    convened at the CIMC Shenzhen R&D Center on 26 Apr. 2010. All three supervisors

    of the Company were present at the Meeting. And the Meeting was convened in line

    with the Company Law, the Company’s Articles of Association and the Company’s

    Rules of Procedure for Supervisory Committee, at which the following resolution was

    made:

    Mr. Lu Shijie was elected as Chairman of the 6th Supervisory Committee of the

    Company.
