                  Representative Supervisor

      The Company and all members of its board of supervisors hereby confirm that all
      information disclosed herein is true, accurate and complete with no false or
      misleading statement or material omission.


     According to the relevant provisions of the Company's Articles of Association, the
     Company convened the 1st Meeting of the Employees’ Representative Congress in
     2021 to elect the employee representative supervisor of the new BOS. Jiang Chenggang
     (see attached profile) was elected as the employee representative supervisor in the 9th
     Board of Supervisors. The two non-employee supervisors elected at the 2020 Annual
     General Meeting of the Company, together with the employee representative
     supervisor， will constitute the 9th Board of Supervisors.

Appendix - Profile of Mr. Jiang Chenggang

Mr. Jiang Chenggang, born in 1974, graduated from university, engineer. He served as
the Supervisor, Deputy Director of the Office and Deputy Secretaries of the Discipline
Inspection Commission of the Company from Jun. 2006 to Jun. 2012; acted as the
Chairman of the Labor Union, Supervisor, Deputy Director of the Office and Deputy
Secretaries of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Company from Jun. 2012 to
Dec. 2012; has been acting as the Deputy Party Committee Secretary of Jingzhou
Sanonda Holdings Co., Ltd. and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of
the company since January 2017; and he has been the Chairman of the Labor Union, the
Chairman of the Supervisor Board and Secretaries of the Discipline Inspection
Commission of the Company since Jan. 2013.

As of the date of this Announcement, Mr. Jiang Chenggang holds 6,000 shares of the
Company. Mr. Jiang Chenggang has no relationship with any shareholders holding
more than 5% of the Company’s shares, the actual controllers, or other directors,
supervisors and senior executives of the Company.

Mr. Jiang Chenggang has not been subject to any punishment imposed by the CSRC
and the SZSE and does not fall under any of the circumstances stipulated in Article
3.2.3 of the Guidelines for the Standard Operation of Listed Companies issued by the
SZSE. Mr. Jiang Chenggang is not a judgement debtor subject to enforcement and
meets all the qualifications set under the applicable laws and regulations.
