     Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd held the 10th meeting of the Eighth session of the board of
directors on April 15, 2021, in which the "Proposal on Changing the Company's Registered
Address and Amending the Articles of Association of the Company"was reviewed and passed.
The relevant content here is announced as follows:
     1. The Company's production workshop and production equipment have been relocated to the
steam turbine heavy industry site. In order to smoothly carry out the Company's production and
operation activities, the Company plans to change its registered address, withdetails as follows:
