    The company’s board of supervisors recently received a written resignation report from the

chairman of the company’s board of supervisors-Mr. Li Shijie. Due to the company's work needs,

Mr. Li Shijie resigned from the chairman of the company's board of supervisors.

    The resignation by Mr. Li Shijie during his tenure did not lead to the members of the Board

of Supervisors falling below the quorum, and his resignation report became effective on the date

of submission to the Board of Supervisors.

    During his tenure as the company’s supervisor, Mr. Li Shijie was diligent and responsible,

and played a positive role in the company’s standardized operation and healthy development. The

company’s board of supervisors would express sincere thanks to Chairman Li Shijie’s faithful

performance, diligence, conscientious work during his tenure and his great contributions to the
