     The notice for calling of the 8th Meeting of the 8th term of Supervisory Committee of

Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. was served on July 1,2021, The meeting was held by way

means of telecommunication of July 6, 2021. And voted by means of telecommunication. There

are totally 4 members of the supervisors（The chairman of the company's board of supervisors, Mr.

Li Shijie, has resigned. For details of the proposal please refer to the announcement disclosed by

the company. Announcement No.:2021-44), and 4 effective votes were received as of July 6,2021.

This was complying with the provisions of the Company Law, Articles of Association.

     The following proposals were examined at the meeting and passed by open ballot.
     1.The Proposal on adding Zhang Weijie as a candidate for supervisor

     Voting result: 4 supervisors voted in favor by field, 0 objection, 0 abstention ,the Report was

passed. It’s agreed to add Ms. Zhang Weijie as a supervisor candidate for the eighth session of

Supervisory Committee. Her resume is as follows:
     Ms. Zhang Weijie, born in October 1985, a member of the Communist Party of China, with
a university degree and a bachelor's degree in management, is a certified public accountant and
an intermediate accountant. She is currently an employee director and deputy head of the
financial management department of Hangzhou State-owned Capital Investment Operation Co.,
Ltd. She used to be the project manager of Tianjian Certified Public Accountants; and used to be
the full-time supervisor and chief financial officer of the State-owned Assets Supervision and
Administration Commission of Hangzhou Municipal People's Government; and the leader of the
financial special group of Hangzhou State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Co., Ltd.
     She does not hold any shares of the Company; Hangzhou State-owned Capital Investment
Operation Co., Ltd is the indirect controlling shareholder of the Company and has an associated
relationship with the company; there is no situation where no one can be nominated as a senior

management, and has not been punished by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and
other relevant departments and the stock exchange; Not classified as a dishonest person to be
executed; a qualification that meets the requirements of relevant laws, administrative regulations,
departmental regulations, regulatory documents, the "Stock Listing Rules" and other relevant
regulations of the Exchange.
      This proposal is subject to examination of the Shareholders’ Meeting.
