                  Announcement on the resignation of the supervisors


The members of the Supervisory Committee acknowledge being responsible for the truthfulness,
accuracy, and completeness of the announcement. Not any false record, misleading statement or
significant omission carried in this announcement.



    The Company’s board of supervisors received the written resignation reports from the

Company’s supervisors Mr. Wang Xiaohui and Mr. Ying Gonghua on July 7, 2021. Due to the

Company's work needs, Mr. Wang Xiaohui and Mr. Ying Gonghua resigned from the board of

supervisors as supervisors of the company's board of supervisors. After the resignation, Mr. Ying

Gonghua still works in the company. Mr.Wang Xiaohui and Mr.Ying Gonghua both hold the

company’s shares, and they shall not transfer their shares within six months after leaving the job

and shall comply with relevant regulations on shareholding management.

    According to the relevant provisions of the "Company Law" and the "Articles of Association",

after Mr. Wang Xiaohui and Mr.Ying Gonghua resigned as the Company's supervisors, the number

of the Company's board of supervisors was reduced to two, thus the number of the board of

supervisors was less than the statutory minimum. Therefore, the resignation applied by the above

two supervisors will take effect after the new supervisors elected at the Company’s general

meeting of shareholders. Prior to this, the above two supervisors will continue to perform the

duties of the Company’s supervisors. The company will hold the first Provisional general meeting

of shareholders of 2021 on July 23, 2021 to add new supervisors.

    During their tenure as the company’s supervisors, Mr. Wang Xiaohui and Mr. Ying Gonghua

was diligent and responsible, and played a positive role in the company’s standardized operation

and healthy development. The company’s board of supervisors would express sincere thanks to

Supervisors Mr.Wang Xiaohui and Mr. Ying Gonghua's faithful performance, diligence,

conscientious work during their tenure and their great contributions to the company’s

development.
