     Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd held the 23rd meeting of the Eighth session of the board
of directors on March 29, 2022, in which the "Proposal on Changing the Company's Registered
Address and Amending the Articles of Association of the Company" was reviewed and passed.
The relevant content here is announced as follows:
     1. Due to Hangzhou's zoning adjustment, the Company intends to change its registered
address in order to smoothly carry out its production and operation activities. with details as
follows:
